Could use a makeover

The great new subway app is advertised here, but the offers from the app are not accepted - what a Fran (S) ch (e) is (e / s) - mockery! In addition, there are no more cookies an hour before the shop closes and they weren't ready to put some in the oven for our children. Then the toilets were barricaded and the whole shop switched to take away due to Corona - totally clever if you speculate on travel / rest customers from the nearby motorway. In any case, the shop won't see us again. Overall, subway in Germany seems to be increasingly on the decline, not just since Corona ...

Unfortunately, very long waiting time. An employee struggles to work the customers in line. Two employees preferred to spend a long time working on the cash register system. This is not customer friendly!

Definitely one of the better subway branches. Everything clean, the artist understands my language, there are all toppings and the sandwiches taste good anyway.

Subway stop ... either you like it or you don't like it. I just don't like it and saw myself confirmed this time too. However, this cannot be blamed on the staff, who was nice, friendly and tried hard.

We got two whole subs today as a menu. The subs were very badly filled and the salad had been in the counter and brown for a long time. Our desired baguette and cookies were out of stock. The staff was very friendly and helpful but the subs weren't particularly appetizing.

It's just too cold in this branch. Far below room temperature. Eating is OK, but I'm starting to find the pricing of Subway a bit marginal. There are sandwiches here, which do not require the art of cooking or any fancy preparations. However, payment is made as in a restaurant or country inn. I have no problem if the staff doesn't speak German very well. My suggestion to compensate for missing language skills with friendliness, just as a tip.

The place doesn't look as clean as the other subways. Also the staff isn't that great, even though they are kind.

The staff was friendly. The atmosphere on the ground is not really comfortable, so a star deduction.

Branch Eichenzell has remained far behind my expectations. Since I'm really used to better quality. There it is very dirty and the food does not have the other quality.

Due to the rip off at the parking lot with forgotten parking disc I will avoid the Rhönhof and thus all shops there in the future. This has nothing to do with Subway's food, it's always very good.

The subway itself is pretty good. Just beware of the rip-off in the parking lot. Here tickets are distributed like wild, if you just get to eat in the subway and has no parking disc in the car. They beat here with 30, - € !!! Will avoid this plant in the future ...

Very unfriendly staff! I often go to different subways, but that I can not be thrown out with my little leashed dog and not even order a sub to take away, has never happened to me before! I could find no evidence of a dog ban at the door and was not even allowed to order! I have a little (big as a cat) very old dog that does not scare or bark at anyone. We always go together in restaurants. Since such a fast food restaurant can have no stricter requirements, right? Especially since I gave in, I would take it with me and eat it outside. Since the young guy was loud and outrageous. NEVER AGAIN! Especially since diagonally opposite is a very friendly and good restaurant, in which I was served with dog under the table friendly with delicious food.
